You can browse chefs by cuisine type, location, or price range. Once you’ve found a chef you like, submit a booking request including your desired date, menu preferences, and number of guests.
You can filter chefs based on cuisine (e.g., Mediterranean, Japanese, Plant-Based), dietary preferences, and budget. Each chef’s profile includes reviews, sample menus, and rates to help you choose.
All chefs go through a verification process, including background checks, reference verification, and a review of professional experience, licenses, and certifications.
Yes. When booking, you’ll be able to specify any dietary needs (gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, etc.) so chefs can tailor the menu accordingly.
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details about the chef, menu, and logistics. You’ll be able to message your chef directly through the platform to coordinate details.
We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and online payment systems. All transactions are processed securely in AUD.
Each chef sets their own cancellation terms, which are clearly stated before you confirm your booking. Chef Coast recommends reviewing them carefully before proceeding.
Yes, all payments are processed securely through Chef Coast to protect both clients and chefs. Payments are only released to chefs after the service is completed.
